Simple Texting Contact Sync
Sync contacts to Simple Texting from all CRM records (consent given via contract) and registered users with SMS opt-in. Existing contacts in Simple Texting are automatically skipped (no duplicates).

UCC retry give-up alerts
When the background worker permanently abandons a UCC notice (after exhausting retries or hitting a permanent error), an alert is fired so operators can manually resend from the History tab. By default these alerts share the Slack webhook above, but compliance teams can route them to a different channel and/or CC an email address.
